What is XPS?
XPS (extruded polystyrene) insulation board, is a new insulation material, which is a high quality foam product characterized by smooth skin with a closed-cell structure that looks like a mass of uniform bubbles with common walls between them. There are few, if any, voids between the cells, top and bottom skin. Features of

such as EPS, PU and Rock wool, XPS is improved in insulation,moistureproof, compressive

and low cost.
As an ideal material, XPS is widely applied to heat preservation

with promising potential market.

1. The XPS Insulation Board Production Lines from HiSuccess International (Our Lines) are much cheaper than the lines with same capacities from Europe, only 10% to 20%. The products from both lines are similar.
2. Our Lines can use 100% recycle materials, such as recycled EPS and GPPS as well as virgin GPPS as raw materials. It can reduce the cost of XPS board very much. The lines from Europe only can use virgin materials. The prices of recycled materials are much cheaper than virgin materials. Our Lines are the environment friendly machinery.
3. Our Lines also can use CO2 and alcohol as the foaming agent with top technology, besides HCFC, such as: R22, R142b, or HFC, such as: R152a. Our production line can produce XPS board free of CFC and HCFC.
4. We can adopt twin screws in first extruder, as well as single screw. By different combinations with different diameters and sizes in the first extruder and second extruder, we can get different capacities from 200kg per hour to 800kg per hour. It can fulfill most of clients' requirements.
5. All equipments, including Longitudinal Shiplap Cutting Device, Cross Shiplap Cutting Device, Surface Embossing Device, Surface Grooving Device, Stacking System and Packing System can be online working. Other suppliers have not this technology.
6. We have more than 10 years experience to produce XPS Production Line.
7. Our Lines have lowest energy consumption in the world.
